At Ïã½¶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥, we’re proud to be a Collegiate Purple Star Institution, committed to empowering Veterans and Military-Affiliated students with the resources, support, and community they need to thrive — both academically and personally.

Spring 2025 MAP Survey â€” These insights help us better understand the experiences, needs, and engagement of our Military Affiliated Population (MAP). They guide our programming and ensure Ïã½¶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥ continues to foster an environment where Military-Affiliated students can succeed and feel connected.

The Veterans Services Office, academic advising, and financial aid/bursar support were the most frequently used. Career services, mental health resources, and tutoring were used less often, suggesting opportunities for deeper engagement and outreach.

Ïã½¶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥ supports MAP students through a wide range of services. They are engaging most with veteran and academic support, while other resources offer room for deeper connection.

This chart reflects VA education benefit usage among Ïã½¶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥â€™s MAP students. Most respondents are actively using benefits such as the Post-9/11 or Montgomery GI Bill. A smaller portion reported not using benefits, having exhausted them, or being eligible but not currently accessing them.

Access to earned benefits is essential to educational success — Ïã½¶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥ remains committed to helping MAP students maximize their VA resources.
